I like the work life balance that I have but feel there isn't enough PTO. I would like to be able to buy PTO. Pay is not good. I feel greatly underpaid which makes me feel greatly undervalued. The best reason to work here is to be able to work from home which gives me better work life balance.

I feel I work hard and am not compensated well for my work. Other companies compensate their employees who is in the same role much better. You can see it on glassdoor.com and just in asking people how much they make at other companies.
