My overall experience at work is mostly frustrating. Both with the staff and especially management.

Caring more about employees well being and teaching employees how to do their job better instead of doing their job for them/getting angry at them.

The bakery never has enough staff. Working in the bakery has effected some staff members mental health. Shift hours are either too short and we get sent home early or worker have to pull multiple doubles and are left exhausted with a short break or none at all.
Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?
People knowing what their job is for the day & keeping up with it. Having a good attitude towards everyone even when things start to get busy. Understand that everyone is trying to do their jobs to the best of their abilities & not get angry when someone doing their job effects what you had planned.
