Over the last couple of years, the company seems to have drifted more towards saving money than actually taking care of the guest experience. Managers need to get back to direct guest interactions vs how often bread comes out of the oven and how many hours need to be cut off the floor to meet labor

Employees are paid based off of their tenure with the company rather than the amount of work they actually do. Some older employees come to work and complete little of the workload, but are able to obtain raises because the management is friendlier with them.

There aren't many benefit and stock opportunities for hourly employees. I am a server, and it would be nice to have a chance to have these for us too.

Adding 18% gratuity. Having to claim 100% of our tips is not right because more than half the time our paperwork says we are getting more tips than we actually are and we have to claim that which in turn takes more money out of my check

Management at my location does not follow corporate policies, food-safety, FIFO, or the labeling and time stamping of perishable foods. When the issues are brought to their attention, managers retaliate against those who point out the issues.

They need to pay the employees more and if an employee is begging for hrs and you hire more people it leads to a high turnover rate

Budgets are the only thing that matter. Money isn't spent to fix things, buy needed supplies, or on proper staffing. More focus on the guest and less on the numbers. There has to be a balance and it's only lopsided
