The company is great put my location can use some help. The company looks out for their employees. But my location has to do better in Communication and making each of us feel safe working.
What makes you most happy at work?
Most of the employees but a lot of guests come in with positive feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Making friends with my coworkers. Making sure the guess are happy with their experience with the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That i can be on the schedule. I can also communicate with some managers without being attacked for suggesting a better way of working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we can talk to each other when things happen. The bakery team comes together when we realize there is a whole in the shift.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That people from all walks can come together and work and have fun. Meeting different people from all over is an eye opener. I love the environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The managers then were some people i would like to work with again. Those managers made me feel safe to work there and grow in the business.
