All management cares about it profit and sales. This makes for a terrible work environment. Managers force sick employees. Servers will get sat four tables at once and instead of offering help, managers ask the server to run food and show tables.

The kitchen quality has recently gone down and that has caused the guests to complain a lot more and it can be incredibly embarrassing and frustrating when your guest thinks you did something wrong but in reality the kitchen made it wrong or someone ran it to the table wrong but did not care.
