Everyone is there to do a job and make some money. We have fun, help each other, do our part and leave richer than we came.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone just treats you like a family. We may not always see eye to eye but we always work it out. No typical crazy restaurant drama, usually.
What makes you most happy at work?
Income potential. I work here because I make as much or more than I would at an hourly with a lot more flexibility to be there for my family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid 2.13/hour Other companies are paying their tipped staff more. We are the highest grossing restaurant in our state and are not paid/valued accordingly. Most of our support and management level leave for other companies that pay more.
