The management and most staff is relatively friendly.

Treat people with kindness and quit acting like you are trying to climb over each other to get to the top.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is not a whole lot of leadership going on at the host stand, it seems like its literally just a job for some people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the company should have someone that maintains the bathrooms specifically rather than having the hostesses clean them. I have had customers tell me you all are touching our menus and seating us and you all have been cleaning bathrooms?
