Having the manager let me fix my problem and they just not only care about their breaks and leaving home and not really supporting any trainees. Also their voice machine needs to be updated for everyone and not just for western voices.
Understanding individual problems and helping them fix it so they don't face the same problem each day. Managers also need to be more understanding and not see things in black and white. Not very culturally oriented. I mostly see white people work there.
