The are only concentrated on the bottom line. There is no human element there what soooo ever. They change processes, systems, and procedures without any inquiry with the experts (employees doing the work). They give unrealistic time frames. They are exhausting staff.

Executive management have no contact with staff below them and work in a silo. It obvious every move they make is about the bottom like no matter how many are laid off or exhausted. To fix this they need to check with the experts, understand what they are dealing with and make the smart decision.

Very hard working. Due to the way Executives give us project with unrealisting timelines we team up and if it means working to 4 or 5 in the morning for a month we ban together as people and do it. Most have children and are afraid to speak up because they cant afford to lose their jobs.

The process seems to be broken. I put in an application and did not hear back for over 90 days. This is very common and potential associates lose interest or are hired by another company. From application to hire it was over six months. Review the current process to shorten the time.
