I left Coke because I was undervalued and was told me taking a sales route from a relief sales position was a lateral move and didn’t get a raise. Make sure to pay your employees especially when they are dedicated employees who will make a difference long term for you. I left after 2 years

We are not paid fairly, we are base salary not commission based. I also believe that they don't allow their sales team to run themselves. They heavily micromanage.
