Well pay raises or to low.For years of services not enough rewards,not yearly bonuses for employees. PLUS WE NEVER HAVE A HOLIDAY PARTY JUST QUICK DINNER AT LUNCH.AND NOT ENOUGH EVENTS FOR EMPLOYEES ON YEARLY BASIS.,AND EVENTS WE SPONSER WE SHOULD GET A DISCOUNTS TO ATTEND OR GET IN FREE.

Drivers make more money than there supervisor. Where is the incentive to move up if they will make less money? It's hard to supervise someone that makes 15,000 a year more.
