It's the first time in a long time that I've felt like part of the team and not an outsider. I'm turning down pitches from recruiters all the time for more money (don't get me wrong, I'm well compensated) because of how much fun I'm having at TA.

Lots of smart, motivated people. I can't think of anyone who doesn't pull their weight.

I feel like my contributions are recognized and celebrated. I feel heard and seen.

They clearly know what they're doing, but they haven't turned it into a nightmare of rules and regulations and policies.

The pay is the best part of my compensation package. My employee ownership participation "shares" could potentially be quite valuable someday?

They're largely hands-off. I work with a team if people pretty close to my level on the org chart and we're not micromanaged.

People are quick to offer praise and when I talk about my particular specialty, people understand what I'm talking about and when they do have to ask me to explain, they pay attention and learn quickly.

This is the smartest, most driven group of people I've ever worked with. Everyone works hard, but it's not a grind. Even though I'm remote, I still feel like a valued part of the team.

There's a lot of positivity on this team. It's the first company (in quite some time) where I've felt like I truly belonged rather than someone off to the side doing something no one else in the company understood or cared about.

We have a sense of purpose and drive that's not based on fear or some catchy slogans - it's not been said in so many words, but "do good work, make the client happy" and it's quite clear that the client I work with is happy, it's a really great partnership.

I was surprised by the Employee Ownership Program and the Holiday Bonus, both of which I was unaware of at the time I signed my offer letter (I didn't think they existed but thought the offer was good without them.). I was also happy when I was asked to take on new responsibility my pay went up.
