I love TA. It's the best place I've ever worked by a country mile and I hope to work here until I decide to retire! The people are great, the culture is caring, and I feel like my contributions make a difference. I am so very thankful to work here.

I can't say enough good things. TA is a rare gem and I hope to never leave here. They value me, and in turn, I want to provide value to TA every day. I love this company and am thankful every single day to work at such an amazing place.

It is varied. I like that it's not one major item and that's it. It's the breadth of compensation that makes it so exceptional. Good pay, good insurance, free food, raise structure. Altogether they make a huge difference.

They care. They show it through their words and actions. I feel appreciated and it makes me want to work hard every day. That given respect means everything to me and it makes me feel eager to give it back.

We work hard together, and we play hard together. When it's work time we support each other, and when it's play time, we play. Golf, video games, lunch away from the office--we spend time relaxing during those brief windows where we can.
