They have a clear vision and direction, and it isn't pure, distilled evil. Or privacy invasion for profit!

It really feels like people care about the jobs they're doing, and they're good at those jobs. Seems... Rare.

It's just all around good. Really happy with what I'm making, and all the benefits/perks. I feel like I'm valued, monetarily.

Good friends, even outside of work. So getting to work with them is a pleasure. They all seem competent and take responsibility.
