They are executives at a large, successful brand, but they do not act like they are better than anyone else on the team. Meetings with leadership are collaborative, and you always feel like your voice matters. They act as members of the team, not bosses of the team.

We are a fast-growing company and our responsibilities grow throughout the year. We often find ourselves doing a role that should be a promotion or come with a raise, but it became part of our job without additional compensation. Annual market adjustments would make it a better environment.
