Topgolf culture is unlike any I have ever experienced. Everyone is friendly, outgoing, and caring. You are immediately accepted with open arms into the Topgolf family and people care about you both inside and outside of work.

Topgolf is known for paying low salaries. We preach caring and thoughtfulness and while we have a great culture, financially people struggle. We continue to lose great leaders because salary levels remain low until you are in the Director position.

I love seeing my Topgolf family! People always ask me how I have so much energy and honestly, my Topgolf fam fuels me. They fuel my fire for hospitality and creating moments that matter for everyone and we have a blast while doing so!

I have my met best friends through Topgolf. Topgolf allows people to be their full unique selves. We openly accept individualism and this creates a safe environment for personal expression and creativity to flow. Topgolf is a glass half full company that celebrates & values glass half full people
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Managers are expected to work an average of 50 hours a week just because that is the "norm" for hospitality. As trendsetters, we need to re-evaluate work life balance company wide. Nurses don't work as much as hospitality Managers and that doesn't align. PTO only does so much to help with burnout
