We gel and can reach out to each other when something comes up and ask questions and if someone has gone through it previously they will help. We support and recognize each other.

The impact I can have not only on my team but also on the players coming to experience Topgolf for the first or 50th time. The connections you can build with players, hearing the laughter is proof that they are enjoying themselves.
