Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They are unclear on goals. There's no target to aim at. Bonuses are at the whim of.... huh, can't answer that. I don't know!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. The CEO doesn't have a computer. His assistant didn't have a computer. All are totally out of touch, it's the bank that time forgot. In a nutshell, they need to get better at everything.
