over 3 decades, I have been at time hopeful but overall disappointed in the opportunities and treatment of the employees at this company. ESOP, Bankruptcy and now Corona have all been most damaging to employees. If I could start over I am not sure I would have worked at this company.

Transparency and accountability. The executives get away with terrible acts and actions, some illegal and seem to be untouchable.

Eliminate 50% of management. The kingdoms and silos are huge. I have 10 layers of management between me and the top.

Too many times I have been asked to share the pain, yet when times are good the promise of shared rewards is not fulfilled.

While recent events have created turmoil, the history of this executive team is terrible. Using Stock buyback to increase stock values and enrich the executives they lost track of what they should have been doing to build value in this company. They missed the boat on preparation for this pandemic.
