They treat us like humans

They're all very bright, invested, energized, and diverse. I think there is a high level of trust among them.

Review from IT Dept

Their always looking to make a better experience for the passengers as well as the employees.

I work at the corporate office and they are very accessible. A few times I have reached out to them for project support of for classroom interviews and they have usually been graceful about accepting or declining as they are able.

They are starting to get better at management.

Ahead of the game, very thorough, bright, working super hard, innovative and creative

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better communication skills, elimminating non essential roles in management, build a sense of transperancy, trust and rapport with employees. Hire based off of relevant skills and experience, imstead of purely nepotism and discrimmination factors.

There's an executive team? All I know of is one person and you can never reach them. There is no team working for this company.

They need to practice what they preach. The core 4 values are talked about a lot but the company doesn't follow through. They need to show is that they are serious about the new culture. Morale is very low amoung our piers.

Not playing favorites with employee

Stop leading from the top down.

While recent events have created turmoil, the history of this executive team is terrible. Using Stock buyback to increase stock values and enrich the executives they lost track of what they should have been doing to build value in this company. They missed the boat on preparation for this pandemic.

The focus on making front line employees happy creates imbalanced representation of employee satisfaction. Don't rest on your laurels thinking that if union employees are happy that the rest of your workforce is being taken care of. It's far from the truth; discontentment abounds. CEO is superficial

Review from Operations Dept

Treating its employees with dignity and respect. Being honest and upfront is very Important for the team to build trust. Treat everyone like you like to be treated. Sometimes all we get is the usual lip service. They promoted core 4 but never live up to it.

Review from Operations Dept

They need to get better at listening to the frontline employees

Review from Operations Dept

Their interactions with the public

Review from Operations Dept

300 characters aren’t enough. Need to get competent leaders and hire the best people for the job, not hiring to check boxes of women and minorities while the best people are passed over.

Get rid of all the unethical managers all the way to the low tier managers. I'm tired of seeing people getting promoted only because they are sleeping their way to the top.

Review from Engineering Dept

respecting employees; stop cowering to bullying customers; common sense

Review from Customer Support Dept

Learn to take constructive criticism.
