United Airlines Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

She took the time with me and had patience

Interacting and meeting people from all over. Plus the recruiters being so amazing

Good better best good better

It was very friendly indeed

It went quickly: phone screen followed by panel style interview with managers and director.

Review from IT Dept

Non-technical interview for a highly technical role.

Review from Engineering Dept

It was very engaging and competitive

It was expedited due to the severe need for agents

Review from Customer Support Dept

I liked the people that interviewed me

when i first started working here they were very thorrow now they just hire anyone

Simple and to the point

Fairly organized if it is off site.

Review from Customer Support Dept

We get a lot of perspectives before we hire.

Review from IT Dept

Behavioral based interviewing works when followed, it's a fair process for all.

Thorough, rapidity to show respect.

When i got hired all they needed was workers.

It was easy they just needed a body

I knew what to expect at all stages.

There is nothing remarkable about the interview process.

Structured interview with relevant questions

Review from Sales Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I think the interview was a scam because nothing's as it is said

Make the application process more straightforward

Lack of clarity about the actual role and tasks you would be doing once hired. I have buyers remorse because what was said to me in the interview was very different than what I'm working on

Review from Design Dept

Extremely slow process. Sitting on the interviewer side of the table, I see many unqualified applicants presented by HR. Yet I am aware of highly qualified applicants who don't make it to the interview phase

There is nothing that I would do to improve the company interview process.

Involve coworkers in the process to better prepare new hires for the culture and environment.

Be faster and more communicative

Review from Operations Dept

Do one on one no groups

Review from Operations Dept

super hard and meaningless questions
