For an office full of women there is no drama.....it is more like family than co-workers they are fun helpful and supportive to the max! If it were nt for Jessica I imagine it wouldn't b ethis way, she's truly an amazing person and boss

WCI has been a good company to work for over the years. I think the company, and in particular Corporate, has struggled to connect with the field over the past few years. Many Corp initiatives are launched on the field with poor roll outs and communication making it challenging to execute locally.
