They allow open communication in a non judgmental environment. If we are concerned or have questions we are listened to and a solution is met almost immediately.

Truthfully, my answer to this questions would be the same no matter what amount I made. I believe large corporations underpay their employees, especially bottom tier employees for the amount of work that is put in.

Our team is extremely helpful, if anyone feels overwhelmed we are met with empathy and understanding, it is a playful and lively environment while also ensuring office standards are being met regarding work flow. Smiles and laughter all around every day.

It is a very welcoming environment, no exclusions, no negative attitudes. We can really talk to anyone in the office and have wonderful conversations about work life as well as outside of work life. I feel really connected to just about everyone in office.
