Feels like Family, fellowship, laughter, accountability to each other and among peers and coworkers. Teamwork is strong with each other.

I enjoy solving problems and finding new ways to do something, I have the top team and coworkers in all of WC. the Ability to think different and try new ways is important and just because we've always done it that way doesn't mean its right. I love the option and ability to try new ways.

WCI has been a good company to work for over the years. I think the company, and in particular Corporate, has struggled to connect with the field over the past few years. Many Corp initiatives are launched on the field with poor roll outs and communication making it challenging to execute locally.
