I work very closely with Chad Lynch, since my first day of work he has been very open, helpful and understanding. Due to this I can honestly say my time with WC is far better than any other working experience thus far.

WCI has been a good company to work for over the years. I think the company, and in particular Corporate, has struggled to connect with the field over the past few years. Many Corp initiatives are launched on the field with poor roll outs and communication making it challenging to execute locally.
