I am a long term employee who started here thinking this would be a temporary place but has now become somewhere I hope will be my lifetime career. I love the company and the people and have dedicated a lot of my life and heart to this place. It has had it's challenges but it has been the very best.

Servant Leadership skills are a top priority. There are few here that are not willing to serve in every way necessary to help their team.

There is room for growth, being yourself and always an open mind to anything you may suggest to help benefit our team or make something more efficient. We have an open door policy and everyone can be heard.

The customers! I have dealt with some of the same people for years and have the best relationship with them. I look forward to seeing and hearing from them, even if it is to help resolve an issue.

Our insurance is pretty great compare to others. I would say it could always be better but I know that it is more affordable then a lot of other places and has been a true asset to my family.

We are more like family here, we enjoy each others company even outside of work. We have all worked together for years. When one person on our team is struggling we have stepped up and stepped outside of the box to try and help them.
