Crew members don't listen or do work, they're only their for the pay. Higher management does not help lower management when asked.

As a manager, you should be respected by crew members. Basic tasks like staying off phones while on the clock, not having headphones in ears and wearing a headset on stations that require them should be common sense. Crew people shouldn't look at managers when they tell them these basic things.

Working at Wendy's as a crew person is one thing, but working at Wendy's as a manager is something you're going to regret. The GM does not help, the DM is even worse and the only time they want to talk to the other managers is when the managers do something wrong and not work to fix it.
