My leadership team needs to get better at commanding and being a leader and not just letting anything happen. Also the managers needs to understand employees.

Because we are over worked and underpaid. No benefits as crew members. Deal with nasty people's attitudes all day. Managers do hardly any work. As employees we are in appreciated.

As a manager only made 9 dollars an hour couldn't afford to even have my own place to live

I clean things others refuse like today I cleaned the Henny penny and got burnt because no one cleaned it for 3 days while I was off, then we female starts trouble and gets to go home early meanwhile the burnt guy has to stay

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
What's improve about the companies interview process is be straight up with the employee. Let the employee know how they're going to get paid when they're going to get paid and how much they're going to get paid. They cannot just hire anybody without any real information

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The license for the store to operate is expired so that's the first thing they can improve on. The second thing they can approve on is paying there employees.
