I would like to get benefits. I work 35-40 hours per week and almost always come in when called in my day off.

I was let go cause I was told I had too many health issues. Then couldn't get my w2. I had a whole paycheck disappear cause of "taxes" and was never able to get any check stubs or my w2. Been trying to contact my former manager and she has stopped responding. I've contacted he twice with no help.

Because you don't pay your staff accordingly and when they have worked and looking for their paycheck it's not there and you can't correct it or it takes you weeks to correct people's paychecks that is not good for business

Proper documentation isn't easy to obtain. Other managers and superiors talk to crew members bout others' personal issues going on. Negative things are passed around about everyone. Crew members gave me a hard time when trying to complete tasks assigned by the GM, who never helped enforce them.
