This is the worst Wendy's I've ever worked at. They do nothing like the previous one I worked at. Old food, rude employees. Customers only come there cause that's the only option they have close by.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
So many things need to change.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I never really had to interview. I was just hired and started working.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication. Stop being rude. Stop putting your hands on people. Stop leaving meat out for 5 hours and then serving it to customers. Stop serving old food and cold fries. People that don't work there coming behind the counter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was let go cause I was told I had too many health issues. Then couldn't get my w2. I had a whole paycheck disappear cause of "taxes" and was never able to get any check stubs or my w2. Been trying to contact my former manager and she has stopped responding. I've contacted he twice with no help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I haven't been able to get my w2's or get in contact with anyone to help me resolve this issue. I had a whole paycheck go missing and when i asked about it was told taxes took it all. When I asked to see stubs they told me to download an app. I asked to see my original w4 they couldn't show me that.
