To learn how to value longtime experienced employees they need to be trained better and I work hard for a long time offer me a raise if it wasn't for good employees like myself my manager would never get their bonus

They give you a schedule and expect you meet it. Yet will tell you after you've arrived they don't need you today. Or 1 hour after getting there.

the volume of expectations in my job description in such short periods of time are normally stressed, to be a cook. there is a lot of thing to do to prepare the day for satisfying services with exceptional quality of food. i feel underpaid for y work ethics. i always go above and beyond to help out.

This company isn't the same from 10 years ago. We worked as a cohesive team. Everyone knew every position. We trained new employees the same. People stayed on 3+ years.

My company environment does not tolerate harassment, crude jokes, or even foul language while on the job. It creates a much better atmosphere to have coworkers who already carry themselves in this manner, but also help enforce policy by encouraging the members who do not carry themselves this way.
