My coworkers are all mainly amazing people that i really enjoy working with.

Some just like to procrastinate and not have a pep in their step.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the hard work and dedication is never appreciated. The pay could also be better, especially for a loyal employee of 5+ years. I would love a little recognition and pay raise.
