Company has always been good to me. Have a lot of freedom and once I started asking, was given promotions and raises. Hate having clients and customers be disappointed in work we do and hate feeling like I don't have avenues to fix it or make it better.

Staff cares and wants to see improvements in what is delivered to various clients. People have not given up that things might get better.

Compared to staff I work with, I am paid fairly for my work. I have a lot of flexibility in my hours and what I do, which i greatly appreciate and separates this job from others.

Clearer focus on member services and responding to Trust issues brought up. More resources devoted to things like online reporting and source systems used by business. Don't underserve the largest, most profitable clients. Clearer vision on goals of company and a per group budget, not just global.
