Most of the leadership team is easy to talk to and has a willingness to assist or clarify processes when there is confusion/miscommunication.

My team are hard workers and are direct with me. I appreciate the candor and willingness to do additional tasks as they are assigned.

Re-evaluate job duties and the pay associated with them as we have lost several team members and others have had to take up multiple roles with $0 additional pay or benefits.

Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?

Moral is down across the board. I think this could be improved by more open and honest communication between Management and employees. The other compounding issue that I see is burn out. There are several people who are working more than 40 hours a week and even second jobs.
