My leadership and strategy improved performance in a high-stress environment, directly resulting in the retention of a large client. Based on my industry market value and these metrics, an adjusted compensation structure will ensure maximum ROI and sustained team productivity and success for all.
They seem relatable and like real people, and they seem to understand the many challenges that this industry and each particular Client and Location can experience. I am thanked for my efforts and my direct Leadership person has acknowledged and appreciated overcoming many obstacles the past year.
My team is tenured and they truly care about doing a good job. They are willing to learn. Sometimes it's hard to effect change, but I've created a safe atmosphere to help them understand why change, plus better, more efficient processes in addition to higher productivity levels are needed.
Being productive, seeing performance improve and helping people grow in their own skills and confidence as we discover -- we can DO this! We have some tough metrics and it is wonderful to see team members who have improved dramatically in the past year, with more growth ahead and success for Zenith
From the time I walked in, I have been impressed that our leaders are willing to listen, support us and to give us the ability to manage our teams the best way we see fit. They are present and engaged with our everyday workforce and locations, and we can even communicate directly with them.
