
It was fast and to the point.
The positive thing is the comfortable rest areas and lunch areas. However, that did nothing to improve the attitude of the people there.
I was treated horribly even though I was a permanent employee there for a long time. If I was to ask for help they did not want to help at all.
They need an improvement in attitude and not complain every day they walk into the place. They have no social skills to express what improvements they would like so the work could go more smoothly.
At the time I was a permanent employee, the complaints were constant and outspoken. It was on a daily basis. Stop the complaints first off. Then use that pent up energy for constructive criticism and improvement if there is a problem related to the work process.
