Manage your subcontractors better they give AETNA a bad name my whole group of friends and family have swore aetna off because I was fired right after AEP and right before christmas. Despite my 6 10hr shifts despite me not being able to take lunches or breaks all throughout AEP even working 10hrs
Recognition. Less excuses and saying Yes, more reality checks and fair estimates. Hire more people so you don;t burn out the good workers.
