What do you like best about the leadership team?

Helpful, friendly, and great communication

Posted 8 days ago

their openness and they are very communicative

They are a great leadership team

My direct supervisor is an ideal and fair person. Upper management could be a lot better and present. Not just for meetings.

I love tgat trust me to do my job, without micromanaging, while still being super supportive.

Review from Marketing Dept

The training is excellent. The leadership team recognized the importance of knowledge and always go above and beyond in order to educate its employees.

Excellent communication regarding the direction of the organization

My boss actually knows what it takes to complete our tasks

Quick response to important information

Transparency, positive focus, and clear dedication to the company.

Open to oppurtunities , people can grow up the ladder if they work hard and smart

I like everything about it.

LEADERSHIP ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN TEAM MEETINGS AND ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE; GREAT COMMUNICATORS

Review from Customer Success Dept

Very positive, demanding but not overwhelming

Review from Finance Dept

Overall decent. Not great at sharing the direction company is going in, but they are making positive efforts.

They make every effort to be transparent.

Review from Finance Dept

Their commitment to the companies goals.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

communication and applying the same to colleagues as they make us do to customers

Start caring about their employees.

Actually make the job enjoyable and hire more people to lessen the work load.

Communication and not micromanaging .

care your people and no multi million compensations for self!

Open and transparent communication with open feedback

They need to do better at less micromanaging, and helps ng with the processing aspect. And taking ideas that could help production improve.

Setting reasonable goals, and compensating for achievment

Communication and transparency. Promoting within. Inclusion. Etc.

Everything, rhey nevee listen to people that work for them.

Need to better staff and distribute case load more manageable

Review from Customer Success Dept

Please check your leader competency from what they have done not from what they presented .. its mean nothing

My supervisor needs to be demoted. Shes horrible, selfish and petty. They need to clean house from too to bottom and bring in pwople who are honest and care. Right now this company is full of greedy money hungry employees.

Everything. They need to clean house and actually bring good, honest management in. My direct supervisor needs to be demoted. She plys favorites, is condescending and acts like shes in highschool.. Very petty work environment to say the least.

Not discriminating or playing favorites. We are no lomger in high school. Also, my supervisor needs to grow up and actually listen to what the team is telling her. She will lose every employee under her if she's not replaced.

Having a soul and appreciating the work that people do

Integrity number one. Shadow of the leader is a concept that they cannot comprehend.

Aetna had a good work-life-balance with CVS now employees are working non-stop with low pay raises and bonuses.

Bring proactive and not reactive and taking pride and responsibility in their job and not just passing it off to someone else to figure out. Be open to change

Consistency. my caseload was impossible to keep up with and kept changing
