very cohesive, always willing to help each other

We work well together and communicate well

Support each other. Kind, helpfull. You do not hear, that is not my job very iften. While you may here, i do not have acces to or skills to help you with that queation, but you can try here instead.

Everyone on the team takes responsibility for their own work.

The people that i am on a team with are awesome we work well together and find ways to laugh to make the stress better. And one of my team leads is amazing she goes above and beyond, explains things thoroughly, and is is always ready to assit, so tgat i can be better and the others be better...

We help each other at anytime while maintaining autonomy

We all try our hardest each day and are willing to help each other out when it is needed.

Foxhole mentality, it was an endless cycle of "whose turn is it to be on the edge of a breakdown?" And the others helping that person. Until management overwhelmed us with work so much we didn't have time to form team connections

Coworkers are all burnt out and tired. If they don’t need to help they are not lifting the extra finger, understandabl

Mgmt has affected the whole morale of the team and has compromised integrity on more than one occasion.

We work good together, but for a comapny that doesnt care about their employees. We make those above us so much money that lines their pockets and we dont get a dime.

Less meetings and more focused work

Everyone case load is too heavy that no one is available to help each other...everyone feels like they are drowning

They need to develop backbones.

Employees need to feel valued

Better training and accountability for their actions

They need an improvement in attitude and not complain every day they walk into the place. They have no social skills to express what improvements they would like so the work could go more smoothly.
