
We work well together and support each other. My team is very good about always answering each other's questions and making sure that we cover for each other when needed.

My coworkers work well together as a team. We support each other very well and have each other's backs. But it is very hard to get to know each other when we all work virtually and have never met in person.

The people that i am on a team with are awesome we work well together and find ways to laugh to make the stress better. And one of my team leads is amazing she goes above and beyond, explains things thoroughly, and is is always ready to assit, so tgat i can be better and the others be better...
We help each other at anytime while maintaining autonomy
We all try our hardest each day and are willing to help each other out when it is needed.
Foxhole mentality, it was an endless cycle of "whose turn is it to be on the edge of a breakdown?" And the others helping that person. Until management overwhelmed us with work so much we didn't have time to form team connections
They are supportive. And good listeners.

Mgmt has affected the whole morale of the team and has compromised integrity on more than one occasion.
We work good together, but for a comapny that doesnt care about their employees. We make those above us so much money that lines their pockets and we dont get a dime.
Less meetings and more focused work
Everyone case load is too heavy that no one is available to help each other...everyone feels like they are drowning
