You apply for a position internally and you arent even given an interview, just sent qn email that you are not considered anymore. Whats the point in applying as an internal candidate? They want you to leave.
Should set the protocol of level of interview
Never interviewed. Turn ober rate is so hogh they just send out emails saying youre hired.
It would be nice if they actually interviewed. Most of my teammates never interviewed. We were just called amd told we were hired. I should've taken that as a warning sign, because this company is desperate for employees who don't care of they're treated horribly.
Actually holding interviews. This company is so desperate, they never interviewed me nor many of my team mates. They just called and stated we were hired. Very desperate and i ahouldve taken that as a sign to steer clear of this company.
Quality of the interviews should be done by managers.
How about relevant disclosures on the job description.
