I enjoy the job, I always look forward to go to work because I like the job itself but some of the drivers leaders are not qualify to have that role. They are inapproriate, loud and don't treat the job seriously.

They are very nice and easy to talk to. I get along woth everyone very well.

My manager is a good guy but covers up a lot of bad work behaviour from the driver leaders because is hard to replace them. Today I was pointed at with a BB gun by a driver leader because he was trying to shoot a gatorade bottle next to me. Thats terrible but nothing will be done to fix it
