A very inclusive community of people who always help each other out. It's very open door where you feel you have the ability to reach out to and communicate with anyone at any level. I'm not saying everyone should start messaging the CEO, but if you had a legit reason I feel it would be welcomed.

I'm on a team of geniuses who are very humble. No one worries about stepping on toes and everyone speaks highly of each other. There is constant friendly banter and we have fun between serious meetings.
