
Communication... caring more about the team and their seniors encouraging others to help out more.. let members that are not working get repercussions for their behavior don't think it's right to have people come into work and NOT work getting paid for nothing
I work so hard as much as I can whether it be helping my own team or all teams in general. I believe a higher compensation to be awarded to people that do come in to work and get the job done day in and out while carrying the team.
They need to care more about their positions. When sent out educational emails they do not respond and still ask the same questions do not read the emails. When taught something new they refuse to use it and just work on easy things when everyone now should be at the same pace.
Management does not seem to care that co-workers slack off and over look basically everything that is brought to them as to how to make the team better. Again no communication feel like I am just lingering around. Also feel that I and a couple others are the only ones who really care about our work
