Working here is depressing, I feel like a robot and a broken record because I literally do the same thing all day everyday

There is no 401k. Don't pay the people in the office enough and we have to deal with the angry drivers that Doordash or support doesn't care about. No lunch breaks. No overtime. Again no 401k.

Everybody works in different office and at most there are only 2 people in the office. As far as communicating with everyone else you have to do so through a work chat which isn't very effective if you need to hurry up and get somethings taken care of

Leadership team needs to care about their staff as well as the drivers. So many people are fed up by Doordash's antics and how unethical this company is. They know all the answers and know how to fix the problems but don't want to or will lie about doing so.
