Providing excellent customer service to customers who appreciate it. I'm beginning to get frustrated over how difficult this is with the current "management" style, however. Since I'm a contractor and not an employee I should have the authority and autonomy to complete the job as I see fit.
As a dasher, I actually feel that the compensation is fair. However, inconsistencies in payment timelines is the reason for the poor review in this category. I have gone several weeks with a large missing payment ($800+) before with no way to resolve. Less deception would go a long way.
I understand the need for rapid expansion in order to capture as much market share as possible, but now that we've eclipsed Grubhub it might be the right time to ease off the accelerator. There are so many problems that might topple the company if we continue to scale with a poor foundation.
I do not have co-workers. Categorized as a contractor working remotely and independently, I dont interact with any "co-workers" other than over the phone. When I do finally get a real person on the phone - which is a rigorous exercise in patience - they frequently have no power or authority to help.
