I've been with the company for a few years and have changed departments and received "promotions" several times. Each time I join a new team I feel welcomed and enjoy the people I work with. The employee engagement team works hard to ensure there are plenty of quality events for us to bond at.

I feel valued as an employee & know they care about me & my success. I like my management & we have a good relationship. My only gripes are pay/raises & some people underperform but don't seem to get talked to about it. It is disheartening when you work hard & a slacker makes the same as you

Everyone is extremely nice and brings their unique personality to the team and department.

The leadership team seems to be "in the trenches" with their employees. They don't necessarily work above us, they work along side us.

We work as a team and don't leave anyone behind. We try to make sure we are all on the same page and help each other out when we can.

There is a true open door policy with leadership that I haven't experienced elsewhere. I feel like I can talk to anyone in the company - no matter what level they are on.

The starting compensation is on the low end of what the industry standard is. Additionally, 3% annual raises are nothing after tax and the cost to live has gone up more than that the past couple years.

The collections teams at Bridgecrest have an easy job (I've done it) & make monthly bonuses yet other DT departments can't seem to get yearly pay increases even though they have high stress, important jobs. And the starting pay is far less than other companies. It hardly seems fair.
