I am surrounded by professional, passionate people who understand their systems fully. My account leadership has intimate knowledge of our systems and how they function, which helps the leadership to navigate client discussions and business decisions.
My direct supervisor is excellent, but it is very apparent that that supervisor's hands are tied on several decisions which directly affect employees. DXC culture has changed several times over the past few years (as one expects in a new offering), but there hasn't been consistency to employees.
There is a good amount of trust from leadership and the company. I am allowed the freedom and flexibility to get my work done when I need to. There are times I work late at night, and there are times that I work very early. So long as the work is done, the account and the client are both happy.
