Over the past year I have seen a major change in DXC and how it handles their employees. To me, working from home is the best part of the job. It allows me to have a strong work/life balance and enables me to do a better job when it comes to my work responsibilities.

The amount of resources available outside of just our regular work responsibilities is great. When work is a little on the slow side, it allows me to take the time to better myself and sharpen my skills which makes me that much stronger with my job responsibilities.

Being able to work from home and build my own schedule that allows me to get my work completed on time without sacrificing my mental health and sanity. If I need to have a daytime appt, I know I can finish my day a little later without it being a problem.
