
More communication is needed with regard to job security.
The people that still care remind me of what things were like before DXC really took over. Now things are a lot more negative across the board.
The company has lost many of the SMEs that made the impossible, possible. Now we have many people that cannot think critically, that refuse to think creatively, and that also lack the needed analytical skills to process the work accurately. Stopping the constant workforce reductions might be a start
Many of them do not care about the quality of the work and it going out accurately. Instead the focus is on making sure the numbers are met so that we can say we are doing what we have to. There are a few people that do care, but they are very much becoming fewer and fewer.
Everyone around me is worried about the same thing of losing their jobs. People are routinely let go and unfortunately some of them are our best performers so those that remain are in a position to fail. I have received 1 raise of 34 cents over the last 5 years. There is a lot of room to improve.
