I am satisfied in staying in my company. It has a balance of having a good compensation and benefits, availability of reward system and career growth opportunities, along with a good company culture and real work-life balance, which for me is a perfect combination.

I like that our team is composed of performers. Everyone is easy to work with and have a great teamwork, even back up system. We're not just colleagues, but also are friends.

I think that it is good but I believe it can be more competitive compared with other companies to boost employee retention. I honestly believe that company loyalty / employee's long tenure should also be rewarded.

I like the nature of work itself, the challenges to be faced and the positive feedback that can be received after accomplishing the challenges. I appreciate being supported by colleagues, team lead and managers, and also being awarded for the excellent work. Huge plus that colleagues are friends.

I like that I don't feel any office politics in our company. So far, I haven't witnessed any instance that someone pulls the other person down. I appreciate that teams are not just colleagues, but also friends. It's also nice that you can freely speak up and be heard, and feedback are actioned upon.
